All the talk I have been hearing may have been just that... hype.

I know I have heard of similar situations between teams like A&M and Tech, but have never witnessed something like that before at a Longhorns game.

Unfortunately the polls have not been too kind to Texas as we now have 2 losses (1 close game to the #1 team in the country on the road) and a win on the road against a team that was ranked #5. Yet we still barely broke the 20's in ranking.

I knew starting the season we had no shot at a championship, but I was hoping for a Fiesta bowl bid.

Personally I really like Nebraska, Unless of course they are playing the Horns.....
