... will, should, spot these "altered" chips and those making the "alterations" should have been arrested - the cameras (eye-in-the-sky) should have also caught this and the dealers/pit bosses should have been "retrained" or "re-educated", so to speak. I'm not saying that a dealer or pit boss will know everything about the chips the casino uses and they are supposed to monitor, but they may be able to point you in the right direction. Undoubtedly, it would have to be someone higher up, but, I do believe the answers do lie in the casinos - they should be able to answer why did you (the casino) use this chip tonight at this table or tables? If I, the customer, decide to keep one of these "different" chips, will you (the casino) give me some sort of documentation stating that "yes", we the casino did authorize this/these types of chips to be used here and now for this reason? Put it on a napkin...
