... I guess I would ask the casino poker room manager; maybe one of the table games' pit bosses; ask to speak to a customer service manager or if possible, the casino manager, president, CEO... casino owner (yes, that would be a stretch). One could always try the manufacturer or distibutor of the chip... see when it was made, how many were made, for which casino it was made, and when it was distributed to said casino.
