Since you seem to know so much about their policy, please explain to me why some conventions are allowed smoking in the upstairs hallway and others are not. It would appear to me that the"smoking policy" for a specific convention is established at the time the contract is entered into. There is no other explanation why some conventions allow smoking upstairs and other ones do not.

P.S. I have not smoked in over 11 years. however, others do.........and as long as their smoking doesn't infringe upon others rights, I see no reason why we cannot accommodate these smokers who are also important dealers. Why should they have to go down the escalator to grab a few puffs? It just does not make any sense to me or any other rational person.
