This also applies to slot cards wherein a casino has run out of their issued slot cards and is now using generic white cards without a casino name on them but they do have a person's name and account number on them.

When I find them I checkout the card by inserting it into any machine in the casino, where I found the card, and the person’s name on the card should be the same on the card. If this is true I affix a label to the backside of the card attesting to the fact that this card was found on date xx-xx-xxxx and does check to the casino, and then I add my name and slot card membership number.
