Yes, I did find a reference or two for "attributed" in Campiglia's guide since I went checking after your post yesterday... Maybe Gene is right. One can always create their own guide - watch for it at Christmas time this year! It we be called The Official 100% Unknown Chips Guide, cost $99.95 (buy two or more, $99.00), shipping and handling will be another $20.00 per guide (no discounts on multiple orders), and it will have nothing but pictures of chips that are "unknown" and each chip picture can be colored in with your very own personalized crayons (another $19.95 - two letters maximum on personalizing).
