Thanks - I like the idea of the 'emergency use' tag.
In the case of the Westcliff, they did also use the backup rack from the Waterfront next door - same building and owners but 2 licenses. The backup chips (just the £5 from memory) were never used in the Waterfront as far as I know and were just used to supplement the Westcliff £5 chips when they ran short. I list them as Waterfront but of course they should also be listed as Westcliff chips as they were used there.
This hobby is never simple, is it - of course, that's part of the fun.
As for the original question posed, and proof, well then I guess half of the Nevada chips probably are not proven if we need documentation and the 'attribution' of many well respected people in the hobby are not enough! Each to his own!!!
