It still doesn't make it true or factual. "Attributed to" is assuming or speculating. It should be more concise.

You would be correct. I haven't found "attributed" or "attributed to" in the Campiglia Guide. I only read up on the chips that I am needing for my collection and not the ones I already have or am not collecting. I will check on this - Thanks for pointing it out for me (see, I can admit my mistakes or oversights).
