What kind of information does it provide? The "attributed to" is a statement of assumption or speculation. It "could be" or "may not be" from this casino. It doesn't give any definitive information to a new collector. I'm just asking for something more definite in the description. "Unknown" tells the collector, that there is not enough known about this particular chip. The author of the guide can then stipulate that more information or research is needed to positively identify it.
