I found the 2nd Chance Royal Poker machine at the Bellagio. After the traditional draw, if you end up with 4 cards towards a Royal, you get a 2nd chance/draw in an attempt to get that Royal. There is no additional cost for this extra draw. I had the "2nd Chance" Royal Flush function occur twice during my play of this machine. Once I got the Royal, once I did not. The 2nd Chance Royal pays $1000, not the $4000 that a dealt or one draw Royal pays on this same machine. If you do get a Royal, you don't get another chance at another Royal.
