Even some of the nicer casinos in Nevada still offer full pay Jacks or Better, which is not a positive game but still very good. Wynn has 9/6 JOB even at $5, and decent cash back on their players club. I don't often play it because it isn't very exciting, but when the objective is to build up points for some event, like a drawing, as Wynn had this week, it is probably the game to play. In this situation, you want a modern machine that deals rapidly and has multiple lines to play simultaneously. I tried some of the dollar machine at Las Vegas Club during one of Doug's auctions last year, and they are extremely slow. I notice this year they have all been removed.
What is the gimmick in the photo you show in your post. If you get a royal flush, you get another chance... to do what? If it only pays 1000 coins rather than 4000 for the Royal, the option needs to be pretty good.
