volunteer -- the first shift of the first day. Those first two hours generally see more traffic at the Membership Table than the rest of the convention combined! Bill showed up early & I gave him the Reader's Digest version of how to do the membership stuff on the computer -- renewals, print cards, etc... Not a big deal, but most times it takes more effort to explain it, so I end up doing it myself.

Well, Bill caught on IMMEDIATELY -- I was overly-impressed as he could have run the place by himself after 20 minutes. He was a real gem...I / we will sure miss him.
