I would tend to have a different answer depending on wheather or not the purchase was as a collector, i.e., chips for your collection, or as a dealer, i.e., buying to resell.

If the later, then not such a good deal, beacuse if you could buy them at that discount, then this could have applicability to sales of the same items elsewhere and the buyer would then have to wait for a better economy to resell.

If the former, I think I'd call it a fair deal.

It would be nice to see your own commentary to this after the TCR authors (and perhaps other guide authors) make comments to our comments.
