If you bought a group of chips, say about 30, for 28% BELOW the low listing for those chips in TCR, which one below would you use to describe the deal? Taking into consideration the way the economy is these days. These would be obsolete Nevada casino chips. Mostly tougher to get chips with some scarcer than others.
