I know it happens ... I read about it in the papers ... but I've never personally witnessed any violence either.

Yes, the same old panhandlers are in practically daily evidence, but I just ignore them.

As for the screaming seagulls ... it's part of the shore attraction that Vegas doesn't have. Virtually everbody gets nailed eventually.
