describe the "sunflower" pattern as a sunburst or even pin-wheel? I tend to agree with John that it is a cancelled chip. Meaning a chip that the manufacturer has purposely placed that hot-stamp pattern on to cancel the chip. However, Paul-Son also made 1,000s and 1,000s of the sunburst hot-stamped chips as home poker gaming chips. It is always possible that a "WBC" chip got mixed in.
