The Frog City is almost definitely from Cairo. I picked up a $25 chip from a local there who gave me all sorts of stories about the local joints he visited (or ran??) back in the old days. I also got other chips from Cairo casinos from him. I tried to contact him a few months ago but did not have any luck. Jerry Birl may have more details since he did a study of the area.
