These tokens, and no duplicates in reserve, are availabe individually or in a group based on first come, first served basis. There will be an up charge for shipping of $1 (in the US), regardless of quantity of tokens requested up to 8 tokens. After 8 there will be an additional $1, and so on, at every 8th token. (While this offer only shows 9 tokens, more will be offered in the following several weeks and I will combine orders providing earlier orders are not yet shipped.)
