I got this $5 slot token on eBay last week. Hi denomination tokens from a restaurant are kind of unusual. This place on Sahara was the Venetian Italian Restaurant and appears to now be closed. The reverse has a different LV address, but no Route Company listed.

No extras, but thought this was an interesting token.
