This seems to be both an Antique Gaming item and antique furniture in one!

Shown in these four pics is a four-legged gaming table. It has two draws that hold hold gaming equipment; a wheel, a tray and chips. (No chips are present! ). The entire top is hinged and lifts to reveal a space that contains 5 different, tri-fold, green felt covered boards that are used to place on top and play 5 different games. Roulette, Chuck a Luck, Big 6 and others. I guess the additional paraphenalia, if ever available, is not present.

Unfortunately, the one picture that is out-of-focus is that of the wheel! And I wanted to point out that the wheel is American, in that it has "0" and "00", but they are not opposite of each other. I could find no manufacture lables or stampings; not even in the draw-string bound instruction booklet.

Priced at $999.00, it is way out of my price range. But I think the seller will listen to offers.
