As Doug pointed out, Mr. Berensen has QUITE the history here on this board. If you want a really good chuckle, go back and check the archives. Around 2003 or so. At that point Mr. Berensen was posting not only under "Burt B." but under "Art", "Billy", and several other names. Quite the whackadoodle, if you ask me.

The scenario you described was one played out many, many times during that time period (when people would actually do business with him). If you want my advice, I would say to avoid him at all costs... but you've probably figured that out already.
