David, NO they are not interchangable at another casino, only at the casino where they were purchased. The only time they can be exchanged as is the case with the Claridge is at Bally's is because Bally's acquired the Claridge which was then intergrated as part of Bally's casino license, the Claridge license was surrended to the NJCCC.
