Second I have an update for anyone interested in the search. Yesterday I finally reached Doc Finstuen and he does not have anymore. None of the original 3 authors of the book have one left (Marshall,Finstuen,or Kleindienst). I personally talked to each one over the past couple weeks.

The search goes on. I am sure after I find one that 10 more will come to surface!!
