Try to work out this issue with those whom you have the issue with. If you can not resolve it with said person(s) as I explained before, take up the issue with a office member, like Steve Bedo. Please keep one thing in mind... difference of opinions between one or a few people does not mean an entire group or organization feels the same way or shares those opinions or points of view.

P.S. Did you at least laugh about the "frog butt licking" part of my earlier post? I was in tears when I wrote it...
