Your best bet is to go very early in the morning, before the crowds start to come in. I have been there 4 times, and each time, the cage manager has been very helpful. He went back to the vault 3 times for me in search of a few straglers, and each time I got something. They are not afraid to take tips either. If the main cage is busy, you can also try the cashier in the poker room. Again, tips greatly accepted. Have a good time, and enjoy.
