Several of the chips you are showing I am familiar with, as follows: (I am assuming you have only 1 of each chip shown, as having quantities will change your expected prices realized.)
The 2 red and green chips with the embossed dragons are blanks from the manufacturer and are very common. They are valued between 25 cents to a $1 each. ($1 in a quantity of 1 and 25 cents each in quantities of 5 or more. Larger quantities will get even less per chip.)
The $1 Riviera chip is an actual, live-action casino chip. The one you show appears to be in what I would consider to be Poor Condition (visit here: http://www.ccgtcc.com/education/conditions.pdf to see the Official condition guide). In that condition, I would estimate value to be between $1 and $5, whereas the same chip in New condition may sell for $10 - $15.
The "Spy Ball" chip, while new to me, is in a class of chips that commonly sell between $1 and $5.
The remaining 2 chips, the $25 Lavender Hills Boys and Girls Club and the "BB" (which appears to also be a Lavender Hills Boys and Girls Club issue (per The Gaming Table)) appear to be from a Maryland Volunteer Fire Department charity, "casino night" operation. This means that the chips exisited in large quantities and unless there is something unique about them that I am unaware of, most Marylang VFD charity, casino night fund raiser chips are valued at around $5 - $10 each.
This is just my opinion and others may (and probably will) have their own opinions.
As for your question about the best way to sell them, I would have to suggest eBay. However, if you do not have an eBay account and/or the experience of selling on eBay, they simply ask for best offers here. If you do that, be specific as to what you are offering, set a deadline for offers and feel free to ask for advise.
Good Luck!
Jim
