You are probably right...Arcaro's was at 3510 Dixie Highway, south of the Five Mile House in Erlanger. Pat Arcaro, Eddie dad ran the restaurant/bar. They were busted for slots and running a horse book in the 1950's and the bar was still running until at least the late 1970's.

ps The Linden Bar in Elmwood Place was open in the 1940's thru the early 1960's. Couldn't those chips found been from there?
