posts hoping he would sell you some that you would be a buyer at $250

What I see so far is posts by 4 established Caribbean collectors and only 1 of thouse 4 would buy a chip at the $250 Level.

I am not doubting there are people out there and I know one or two people that would probably pay $1,000 for a chip. However I have to agree with Charles that you would be hard pressed to find 31 people that are willing to pay $250 for that chip.

I know you dont agree with that and you could be right. By the way, my mailbox gets 'Flooded" with offers when 5-6 people email me about a chip. I have to imagibe your email was one of those flooding his inbox.
