I think the whole thing got screwed. Do I think a bunch of guys got together and conspired to drop the price? no. But I think too many people tried way too hard to get the lot of chips and said things they shouldn't have. I think the sellers got tossed around like a tennis ball in a washing machine and because of that the chips are off the market. Do I think they got fair market value on ebay? probably, but it's hard to say.

I can only speak from my experience which is that one shark can ruin a great time at the beach.

Again, I'm sorry for my rants and raves. These people are my friends and I feel bad that their opinion of chippers is forever tainted. There are a bunch of great people here and unfortunately, it is human nature to remember the pain more than the pleasure.

Perhaps the CCGTCC needs an ambassador or guru that outsiders can goto for sage-like advice. he could have a cool velvet robe....maybe a crown.
