Well, I have it from competent authority that these chips were made for and delivered to John Huxley, as a distributor of casino chips and equipment. This happened in 1985.

While I have no real confirmation on the existence of a casino operation by that name in Bagdad, Iraq, I did come across this website write-up about "Baghdad Island" on the North side of Baghdad. It was built in 1980 and included a casino. The amusement park (Baghdad Island) was looted by the locals when the war broke out and one of our military units occupied the area. Perhaps there is a conection there, i.e., the place being looted and the chips comeing out through our military occupation. Here is the link about the amusement park's origin.
