The current authors of the Chip Rack have donated a dozen copies of the old Edition 11 to the to be used as new member incentives.
It will be up to the to decide whether those "would be new members" who would like one will have to pay for shipping. Hopefully Steve Bedo will make a post in the not too distant future to clarify that.
