Jeff Lords emailed me before the chips went on eBay asking for advice on the value of these chips. I spent considerable time drafting a response with my opinion, even though I did not know him. Here is my unedited response (except for my phone number).

The value of the chips are difficult to determine. You could get more for the chips if you sold them one at a time over a long period, perhaps years. If you wanted to sell them immediately as a single lot, you would get substantially less.
Value is determined by supply and demand. I do not know how many are available, so one piece of the equation is unknown. As far as demand goes, there are perhaps 20 to 30 collectors who want these chips, perhaps a few more because they would attract both collectors of Caribbean chips and Playboy collectors. But certainly the demand for these chips is hurt by both the poor economy and the recent discovery of a hoard of Atlantic City Playboy chips. The discovery of the hoard will make collectors cautious about buying these chips. You may have only 100 of these chips, but you know that there are at least 200 others out there. There could be more and collectors will be considering that.
At this time, I would estimate that the chips would bring $50 to $100 each, if the supply of them is in line with what was posted on the ChipBoard, around 20 to 30 each and they were sold individually now. If you sold all of them in one lot you should expect no more than half of that. If the prices were higher, a few collectors would buy them, but most of them would not sell.
I would like to use the images you sent for the Caribbean ChipGuide website that I run. Is that OK? I am also interested in obtaining a set of all 4 chips for my personal collection.
You can call me to discuss further, 516-XXX-XXXX.
Thanks.
