are two $500 chips from the President Casino New Yorker. These chips were made for a planned "cruise to nowhere" boat that was set to sail from NYC out to international waters where the gaming could begin. Here is a link to an article regarding the venture:

The chips were made, but unfortunately NYC never granted the license and the project died. The chips were eventually sold to the open market.
The chip on the left is from the secondary rack, the chip on the right from the primary. The small dot on the left tower is a security feature to protect against conterfeits. The chips are both uncirculated, Paulson H&C chips.
These are the last two of these WTC chips I have. $11 shipped in a bubble mailer.
