If I am not mistaken besides Josh, wouldn't Adelson have a claim as well. Doesn't he still own the copyright to the Sands. While doubtful they would pursue a complaint I think the Palms and/or Playboy succesfully did once. Maybe Gene can refresh my memory. I recall something along these lines.

I would also like to mention I had purchased a set and after Josh's post I request a refund and received one.
