I am not sure about this chip and I really do not collect Elks Club chips unless they are unusual. I have had this chip for some time and I never noticed that... well I knew it was drilled in what I thought was two holes but this chip is not drilled with two hole but actually 4 holes but none of the holes go completely through the chip! What is up with that? Two of the holes destroy the 7 one on each side and the other two holes seem to be at random but none of the holes go all the way through the chip. The chip appears as if it was never used? Where is ELKS 674 anyway?
