Don, not a likely scenario, because...

it seems that Chipco applied the UV tags under the black ink! While not every security code example intersects with the black images on the chips, where they do, the black is on top of the UV. I will also say that the security code printing is consistently in the same place (orientation) to the gold (yellow) and black printing on the chips. This would indicate that the UV printing is laid down on the transfer sheets as part of the yellow and black printing (to the transfer sheets) but the UV is laid down first. When the sheets are used for transfer to the silicone (ceramic) disks, the UV layer is closest to the ceramic.

Any rubber stamping at this point would be on the surface only.

Again, more trouble than what one could earn, but certainly a thing to be mindful of.
