This was Acrylic Ink. I think I had a paint stick on another experiment. I wish someone knew how it was done at the factory. You are right by doing it only on chips with good surfaces. Worn surfaces absorb what you are using. I will go back to Hobby Lobby and check the paint sticks again. Anyone own a time machine, I sure could use one.
