I too, love a challenge – been researching Ash Meadows Lodge for a over a year now and making very little headway.
For the most part I agree with your post – except for David’s placement of the Big O tire company (which is much further west on highway 372 (old 52), but I have heard he has a tendency to get lost) and a couple items of no consequence – but I’m still not convinced that BJ’s had a license.
You have now presented me with another research to be done – along with my current researches on AML, Cotton Pickin, Jim’s Bar (which burnt down and was located about 1 mile east of the California border on Highway 52) and a couple of others.
Based on all of the stories that I have heard about some of the lesser casinos of Pahrump they were all at Highway 52 and East, and that just is not true.
As Monday is a holiday I cannot start on BJ’s until Tuesday, will advise whatever it is that I (we) find.
