I haven't been to Vegas since my wife and I went for our 1-yr annniversary in 2004 and I will be going back just before new year's '11 for my lil bro's 21st B-Day...So I want some advice, what is new in the last 6 years that I must see while there. I will only be in town for 2 nights, staying at Harrah's. Seeing Vegas in 2 nights is a little like a kid trying to see Disney in 2 hours, I'm sure I'll be wanting to go back 2 weeks later.

Last time we went the pools were cold and closed, as will probably be the case again this time .

I'd like to see 'O', Stratosphere, Hooter's (as well as the Casino by the same name), and some of the poker rooms. Do any of the poker rooms really stand out as a must see either because of the size or flashiness? I want to see GVR and/or Red Rock but since not close probably will have to skip.

Any advice for a big Family dinner for the Birthday dinner? I remember Paris was my favorite brunch buffet but what about dinner? Any advice for the 21-yr old B-Day boy, such as adult shows or whatever? I have seen the one at Luxor and it was ok I guess.
