I drove across Oklahoma in early 1960’s on the way to CA. What I remember most was there was a real high speed limit on the major highways. Seems like it was maybe 90/100 MPR. Maybe some of you guys can confirm that.

In the late 1960’s/early 70’s I was working with a friend buying and selling leases for mineral rights. We had several in Oklahoma. I have some good stories from those years for another day.

I was in love with Grace Anadarko in Holly Hunters TV series “Saving Grace.” I think she spelled her name different but I just had to throw it in when I saw Anadarko, OK.
