I have 2 log-ins, one for Ebay.com and one for Ebay.co.uk - if I access via Ebay.com I get prices in US$ and if I access via Ebay.co.uk I get the prices in Sterling.

That said, it doesn't really matter too much if you just remember that 1 GBP = 1.5 US$ (approx) When it comes to payment if you use Paypal then paypal will convert for you if the auction is in a different currency from your base currency.
