This chip is from the consignment lot I am offering and while it is not on the auction block just yet, to my disappointment it will be later on!

I suspect that I will be putting it up on eBay and if so (or however I end up making it available) I will be posting here about it, in advance. (Some will call that advertising. )

I believe it is un-coded and you are correct, it has sparked interest from others.
