Russ, the one product for most chips that cannot be washed is called Sterling's Magic.
For regular chips with inlays or not, Oxy a non Clorine bleach, will scour out dirt and grime with out scrubbing or very little scrubbing.
It is always best, of course; to experiment with new cleaning agents with a chip that is already beyond help.
