My "computer room" is on one end of the house and the rec room where I do a lot of my internet searches is way on the other side of the house. I have fought wireless connection problems for years. I do have several wireless routers but I am trying to figure out how to make them work together. If I hardwire (via a cable) router #2 to the main router then can they have the same network name? How do you set them up to do this? I have gotten the second router so screwed up that I am going to reset it and start over. Unfortunately I don't any of the instruction manuals so not sure where to start.

My plan is to run the cable in the crawl space under to house to get near the rec room. The physical connections are not the problem - only how to program the second router to allow internet connections and to share the printers. I can connect now to the second router but can't get connected to the internet thru it or share the printer. Any experts that can help?
