My husband bid on (and won) two of his ebay auctions (old photos), but neglected to bid on a third...the one I really wanted (go figure! ).

I emailed Dennis, using ebay, and asked him if he'd like to sell the third item...which closed with no bids. I didn't hear back from him after about 24 hours, so was going to just go ahead and pay for the 2 auctions we did win.

Then I realized that the ebay invoice showed $6 shipping; $3 each for 2 auctions. BUT, his auctions said he'd combine shipping. I couldn't figure out how to deduct $3 before I paid him, so I sent another email using the "ask seller for total" feature. I still didn't hear back from him.

After I got a couple of "pay for this item" reminders from ebay, I went ahead and paid the full amount that was on the invoice. I'm not very happy about that

I received the items quickly...shipped together, of course.

I hate to give him a neg if he's out of town and using a shipping service, or something like that...but I'm not very happy with the customer service that I got.

Any thoughts??
