I think I'm beginning to understand these chips a little. The colors on the inside of the design usually matches the color of the chip. The white inlay is cut out to give the design when put on the chip.

I have been collecting chips,Paulson's, BCC, ASM and ect for about 5 years , but just started gathering these Vintage/Antique chips since I joined the Chip Club.
