Shown here are 8 different examples of PW-RV. The inlay on all 8 are die-cut and the base color of the chip shows through the cut-outs and around the inlay.

While I do not have an example of PD-JK, here are multiple examples of "inlaid litho" chips:

All are printed inlays.
