Depends on how they want to drive the business. The two casinos I am at we have the highest guest repeat rate in the entire company, our business is more like a Vegas locals casino. We do promotions on the weekdays to drive business and we do weekend events which catch more out of market guests. We have a number of different loyalty coupons out at any given time. Usually guests from outside the immediate market come on weekends.
I do not know how Penn National markets (one of my old bosses now runs marketing for Penn). My guess is that you are probably from outside the Memphis metro area (I have no clue) and they probably figure that you only visit on weekends. Maybe if you had more play during the weekdays you may see other coupons in your mailbox.
