Rick:
I based my attribution more on the "BF" portion of the chip as opposed to the date(s) of the chip mold / base name.
There are three military tokens from the Bolling Field NCO club that used "BF" on them as well as follows:
N.C.O. / CLUB / B.F.
GOOD FOR / * 5c * / IN TRADE
GOOD FOR / * 15c * / IN TRADE
GOOD FOR / * 25c * / IN TRADE
However, there are to date no know tokens from the Officers Cub from that base. However, given the pay difference between NCO's and Officers (both then and now), there may not have been a need for tokens at the Officers club as most tokens used in the US at least were for credit between paydays.
Poker chips, however, are a different matter!
For the other military bases that have "BF" in them, at least the ones that have been mentioned to me, have either no tokens known issued to date, or if there have been tokens issued, they do not have the "BF" on them.
Of course, this proves nothing at all, but until sometime better comes along, at least it is something to hang your hat on!
John
