Should note: your transliteration of the Chinese is "Gam Mun"..mine was "Jin Shan" This is a problem; your transliteration, and that of the cards in Staeffler's index are of the Cantonese dialect. Mine is Mandarin,They are exactly the same thing, but so far apart in pronunciation! The dialects of Chinese are sometimes so far apart they are like different languages (which they were, originally) Mandarin is what is being taught in the US today, but the old traditional speakers of Chinese are still in a majority of Cantonese.
